FOUNDERS! We’re excited to announce our next London Founder House + Friends retreat… We’re taking over a whole ISLAND in Oxfordshire, in the height of the summer, to focus on living forever.
That’s right, we’re going all Bryan Johnson in this bitch.
Expect state-of-the-art medical diagnostics, blood tests, supplements, wellness activities, workshops and, of course, healthy meals prepared by our in-house private chef. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of your body, mind, and the tools to unlock your most productive self.
Our goal is to help you reset after a year (or more) of non-stop grind. We all know how important our health is, and yet as founders it often falls down the priority list. Take this as a chance to change that, while surrounded by other top founders.

Yes, really, a private island all to ourselves, surrounded by a beautiful lake and accessible only by boat. We’ve secured exclusive access to this 22-person island in the heart of Oxfordshire. It’s spacious, full of charm, and set against an undeniable view.
Inside, you’ll find beautifully appointed bedrooms and bathrooms, a grand dining area, a roaring fireplace, and quiet nooks to read, journal, or recharge.
Outside, it only gets better. There’s an arctic spa hot tub, the legendary Wonky Bar, hammocks, swings, a pizza oven, BBQ, and long tables for sun-drenched feasts.
Just across the water, we’re steps from both a watersports centre and wellness space, giving you easy access to everything you need.
